About Charles LeMaire

Charles was an electrical engineer (BSEE) by degree and retired in 2018. In the middle of college, he spent a short period in the Air Force and took some investing and business courses. With no prior experience and involvement in real estate at the age of 56, his wife dragged him to an investing meeting where they joined a mentorship program, and Brad Sumrok taught them to become wealthy through multifamily syndications.
